Clean the cook line equipment surfaces, timers above the fry holding station, fryers, sides of all cook line equipment and the lower cabinets under the fryers. Clean the top portions of equipment faces, make lines, timers, monitors, cords and line surfaces with dust build-up. Remove dust build-up. Clean the alto sham exterior , interior of the condiment cooler and Blodgett oven surfaces. Clean the 3 comp sink and prep sink lower vats, sides and underside areas. Clean the exterior fry station surfaces and lines with build-up. Equipment surfaces are to be clean. |

Clean the floors along the cook lines, lobby trash cans, counter drink stations in the lobby and under the cook line equipment. Clean the floors around the wall edges along the hoods. Clean the wall panel FRp along the 3 comp sink, drink station surfaces, counter line in storage areas, can wash and hall areas along the janitor closet. Clean the walls along the fryers and cooking equipment. Clean the aluminum wall panels behind the cook line where the broiler and Blodgett oven is. Floors , walls and ceiling are to be clean.
