.2528(a) Access gates shall swing away from the pool and be self-latching, self-closing unless an attendant AND lifeguard are present. Observed access gate to resident's apartment not self latching. It was determined that tape was placed on latch to prevent latch from fully closing. CDI - Tape was removed and gate was able to latch correctly. |
