General Comments

Conducted pre-permit inspection. Observed most items from previous inspections corrected. Some skimmer baskets cracked. Recommend replacing. Some debris on the pool floor and in the skimmers. Clean regularly. Scum buildup on the tiles. Clean regularly. Annual pool with operating hours from 10AM - 8PM. Pool is not permitted for night swimming. Either schedule a night swimming inspection or change hours to reflect that pool is not to be open at night. Clubhouse being remodeled. Operator plans on reinstalling key fob system as part of the remodel. Temporary bathrooms in place. An in-field plan review application will need to be filed showing scope of work pertaining to the pool and an inspection conducted once the work is completed. The application can be found on our website, Meckpools.Charmeck.org. Local permit # 18-600171 issued. Permit issued with the following conditions: Temporary restrooms to remain in place until clubhouse and restrooms completed and pass in field plan review inspection. Windows from clubhouse opening onto the pool deck maintained such that they do not open > 4". No Night Swimming.
