General Comments

29) Received documentation that newly installed mirrors in restrooms have safety backing tape. Annual pool with posted hours of 10AM - 8PM, this is after dusk for part of the year. Pool not currently permitted for night swimming. Either change pool hours to reflect there is no night swimming or schedule a night swimming inspection to be open at night. Autofill on, water above the level of the overflow. Recommend adjusting the autofill. Low flow in the far skimmers. Recommend throttling main drains or some of the skimmers closer to the pump room and/or cleaning the lines to ensure more equal flow through the pool. State permit will be available on our website in 3-5 business days. Please print a copy to post in the pool area. Permit issued with the following conditions: Maintain windows from clubhouse to the pool deck such that they do not open more than 4 inches. No Night Swimming If keyfob system reinstalled, ensure no footholds < 45" high, obtain required Code Enforcement permits, provide battery backup.
