C. ELMORE OBSERVED THE MAIN DRAIN COVERS TO BE SDX RETROS, NOT SDX RETRO 2 COVERS. AMENDED PDSC FORM WAS SUBMITTED TO C. ELMORE AND APPROVED. THESE WERE THE COVERS FROM 2018, C. ELMORE DID NOT NOTICE THE ISSUE UNTIL THIS INSPECTION DUE TO THE SIMILARITY OF THE COVERS. CONTINUE TO FOLLOW ALL RELEVANT COVID RULES POOL HAS PASSED INSPECTION AND BEEN ISSUED THEIR PERMIT STICKER. PAPER PERMIT WILL BE AVAILABLE ON-LINE FOR DOWNLOAD AND PRINTING AT OUR POOLS WEBSITE. POST PERMIT AND STICKER WERE VISIBLE AT POOL AREA. CPO AGREED TO EMAIL COPY OF REPORT NO SIGNATURE DUE TO COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS.
