General Comments

Pool does not allow night swimming. Night swimming will not be permitted without an evaluation from the Health Department to ensure safe levels of lighting in and around the pool. To request this evaluation, contact the Health Department at 980-314-1620. New PDSC form submitted to C. Elmore as the EQ line covers are 8HP not 6HP as listed on previous form. Verify that the plastic collars were switched out at the same time as the top cover. If they were not, replace the collars with new Aquastar 8HP covers ASAP and notify the Health Department when this is done. Sticker#18-600167 issued.
