General Comments

Inspection conducted with inspector Justin Law and maintenance staff Brian McClelland. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection not signed by maintenance staff. Call button for emergency phone more than 5 feet off the ground. Recommend lowering emergency phone to make it accessible to all bathers. Outer rope on ring buoy fraying. Recommend replacing with a new, U.S. Coast Guard approved ring buoy. - Corrected, replaced with new ring buoy. Cracked depth marker, recommend replacing with a new depth marker. Ensure new tile is non-slip. Hole in deck. Recommend patching to eliminate the trip hazard. Some main drain checks missing for the last few months. Ensure main drains are checked every day the pool is open. Broken glass on the ground by emergency phone. G.S. 130A-2(3) Maintain pool deck free of broken glass. - Corrected, glass disposed of. Did not observed label on Skimmer Pump. Pump is a Pentair Challenger Pump with 1 1/2 HP motor.
