General Comments

Inspection conducted with Jadarious Benton. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Call button for emergency phone more than 5 feet off the ground. Recommend lowering emergency phone to make it accessible to all bathers. Outer rope on ring buoy fraying. Recommend replacing with a new, U.S. Coast Guard approved ring buoy. Automatic feeder reading 7.6, pH tested at 6.9. Recommend having Caribbean recalibrate the automatic feeder. When calling back the phone number for the emergency phone, the call goes to the fax machine. Contact Kings III to have them adjust the call to go to the emergency phone. Will return next week to check that phone can receive phone calls. “Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders are in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
