General Comments

Inspection conducted with Jadarious Benton. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Outer rope on ring buoy fraying. Recommend replacing with a new, U.S. Coast Guard approved ring buoy before next season. Universal weirs do not fit in the skimmers well. Recommend installing weirs designed for your skimmers. When calling back the phone number for the emergency phone, the call goes to the fax machine. Contact Kings III to have them adjust the call to go to the emergency phone. “Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders are in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
