General Comments

Inspection conducted with Jadarious Benton. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Contrasting color bands corrected from previous inspection. Decks chipping in places, some pavers a little loose. Maintain deck secure with no gaps or offsets > 1/2". Call button for emergency phone more than 5 feet off the ground. Recommend lowering emergency phone to make it accessible to all bathers. Permit issued. No night swimming. “Issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
