Observed the gate near the grills to have a push bar affixed such that it present a horizontal that is less than 45 inches from the other horizontals. Correct this. Observed the wooden shelves and the chemicals on the wooden shelves to be wet with an unknown liquid. This has impacted bags and containers of chemicals on the shelves and in the room. Observed some chemical bags stored on the floor. Clean this area up and store items properly. Use caution when cleaning this area up as the liquid is unidentified and an any hazards associated with it or any reactions it may have with the other chemicals are unknown.
