General Comments

Issues from previous inspection corrected. Pool not being checked on the weekends. Ensure that pool is checked and records kept when the pool is open. Key fob system deactivated and magnets removed from gates. Ensure that when reinstalled, key fob system operates on a battery backup system. Ensure that push to exit button is relocated away from the fence on a gate or post where it cannot be reached from outside the fence, or metal mesh or other material installed on the fence and gates such that there are no openings greater than 1/2 inch within 18 inches of the push to exit button. Ensure that push to exit button is located on the inside of the pool enclosure. Ensure that magnets for key fob installed at least 45" from the ground or such that it does not form a foothold. Key fob system for doors deactivated. Door chime on main doors from clubhouse to the pool. Doors either need to be self-closing and self-latching or have door chimes. Keep door to restroom and door to back offices self-closing and self-latching, or install door chimes. Install key fob system on a battery back up when installed. Ensure that proper Code Enforcement permits are obtained for all work. Pool currently not permitted for night swimming. Posted pool hours are 9AM - 9PM. Change pool hours to close pool at dusk or schedule a night swimming inspection for pool to be permitted to operate after dusk or before dawn. Permit issued with the following conditions: No night swimming. Maintain pavers with no gaps or offsets > 1/2 inch. Maintain doors to clubhouse self-closing and self-latching or with door chimes.
