General Comments

Inspection conducted with CPO Nathan Fox. Pool permitted for night swimming. Inspector will make onsite visit when dark to verify sufficient lighting for the pool area prior to 2026 pool permit being issued. Main drains and equalizer line covers expire 5-18-2026. Prior to expiration, replace with new ANSI/APSP/ICC-16 approved drain covers and provide updated Pool Drain Suction Compliance form to our office for approval. Filtration pump motor recently changed. Electrical permit COM-ELC-25-005303 obtained, has not yet been finaled by Code Enforcement. Prior to 2026 pool permit being issued will need to have a passing electrical inspection. Some depth marker stickers on pool deck fading. Maintain in good condition. Immediate suspension issued 2) Re-inspection scheduled for 11:00 AM on Monday, March 9th.
