General Comments

Inspection conducted with inspector Niejel Wilkins and CPO Nathan Fox. Pool permitted for night swimming. Verified underwater and deck lights are working. Main drains and equalizer line covers expire 5-18-2026. Prior to expiration, replace with new ANSI/APSP/ICC-16 approved drain covers and provide updated Pool Drain Suction Compliance form to our office for approval. Filtration pump motor recently changed. Electrical permit COM-ELC-25-005303 obtained, has not yet been finaled by Code Enforcement. Prior to 2026 pool permit being issued will need to have a passing electrical inspection.
