General Comments
Inspection conducted with CPO Matthew Shepherd. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Filtration pump motor replaced. Pump still the same. Electrical permit E3879538 passed inspection 1-4-2021. Main drain covers and equalizer line covers expire 6-1-2021. Ensure covers are replaced and updated PDSC form submitted to our office prior to cover expiration. Verified underwater and deck lighting are functional. Permit approved for night swimming. Permit issued. “Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders are in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
