General Comments

Inspection conducted with health inspector Rachel Santimaw and CPO Matthew Shepherd. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Unable to call back to Kings III box. CPO will call Kings III to fix the call box. Main drains and equalizer line covers expire June 1, 2021. Replace covers with APSP-16 2017 approved covers prior to expiration date. Equalizer line covers may be abandoned per state guidelines. Submit updated PDSC form to our department for approval. Verified that underwater and deck lighting is in good working order. Pool still approved for night swimming. “Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders are in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
