General CommentsInspection conducted with Tyrone Brinson. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Wingnuts on inside of body hook. Recommend having them face away from body hook to avoid potential injury. Body hook overgrown with vegetation. Recommend relocating away from the vegetation where it is easily accessible and visible to bathers. Door to clubhouse propped open when vacuuming the pool. Recommend using GCFI outlets on the pool deck to plug Dolphin into. Ensure pool closed signs are posted when vacuuming the pool. When calling back the phone number for the emergency phone, the call goes to the fax machine. Contact Kings III to have them adjust the call to go to the emergency phone. Will return next week to check that phone can receive phone calls. “Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders are in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.” Intent to suspend issued 5) 9) 16) 17) 24)
