15) Outer ropes on ring buoys fraying. Recommend replacing with new, US Coast Guard approved ring buoys. 15) Wingnuts installed on inside of body hooks, potentially injuring the person being rescued. Recommend flipping them around. 24) Flow meter installed beside an elbow. Recommend installing flow meter per manufacturer's instructions.
