General Comments

POOL HAS PASSED INSPECTION AND BEEN ISSUED PERMIT DECAL. POST PERMIT DECAL AND PAPER POOL PERMIT DOCUMENT AT THE POOL. THE PAPER PERMIT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE WITHIN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS ON THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT POOL WEBSITE. POOL IN NOT APPROVED FOR NIGHT SWIMMING. OBSERVED LADDER WITHOUT RUBBER BUMPER FEET TO HAVE DAMAGED THE POOL WALL INTERIOR BY REPEATEDLY DIGGING INTO THE WALL. THIS HAS NOW DONE SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE TO THE POOL WALL IN THE FORM OF HOLES. THIS MUST BE REPAIRED BEFORE NEXT POOL SEASON OR THE POOL PERMIT MAY NOT BE ISSUED. CORRECT THIS PRIOR TO THE NEXT SEASON STARTING 6/1/2027.
