OBSERVED MOTOR ELECTRICAL GROUND WIRE TO HAVE BECOME DISCONNECTED. THIS WAS POINTED OUT TO THE CPO WHO RECONNECTED THE WIRE. PAPER PERMIT WILL BE AVAILABLE ON-LINE SO THAT IT CAN BE PRINTED OUT BY THE FACILITY MANAGEMENT. IT MUST BE PRINTED OUT AND POSTED WHERE IT IS VISIBLE FROM THE POOL DECK AREA. STICKER ISSUED. POOL IS NOT APPROVED FOR NIGHT SWIMMING. IF NIGHT SWIMMING IS DESIRED, A NIGHT SWIMMING EVALUATION MUST BE PERFORMED. CONTACT C.
