General Comments

Inspection completed with Michael Der and Winston Khan present. No signature due to COVID. Observed bonding wire detached from pump at time of inspection. The wire was reattached by end of inspection. Intent to suspend pool permit issued for 1) furniture within 6 feet of pool deck and 2) light inside pool removed from light niche 3) automatic chlorination system does not turn off when there is no power at pump. Correct these items within 30 days or pool permit will be suspended. Contact Eli Freese at 704.621.2298 once corrected to verify.
