MFU will have a limited menu for tomorrow’s event. Food is from freezer to fryer. MFU was doing prep for event. Fish , shrimp and fries ( freezer to fryer) lobster Mac and cheese held on warming unit. Chicken strips will be prepared in the morning for event. Chicken wings( several sheet trays cooked and cooled held in WIC until event), chicken strips, fish , shrimp, lobster Mac & cheese and fries.
