General CommentsNOTE: EHS came onsite to complete initial inspection for Cuzzo Cuisine MFU II. Miscommunication occurred between the commissary and MFU PIC. Cuzzo Cuisine MFU 1 came to the site instead of MFU II. EHS did know that facility had 2 MFU. PIC stated that MFU 1 just hot out of the shop. PIC alternates between the food trucks. He takes them to the same location alternately. EHS had to find the state ID for the other MFU. MFU I was on closed status. Inspection completed for MFU 1. EHS will call PIC for initial inspection for MFU II.
