CDI, chemical bottle refill supplied to 3 compartment sink. 4-601.11 (A) Equipment, Food-Contact Surfaces, Nonfood-Contact Surfaces, and Utensils - P - Observed some debris on slicer and vegetable press stored as clean below prep table but soiled with food debris. CDI by instruction for cleaning, vegetable press relocated for cleaning.

Compliance visit to ensure that equipment holding required temperature by 12/27.
