Observed bathroom floor tiles broken and wall paint peeling in A6. Observed stained ceiling tiles in Cafeteria and music trailer. Needs repair. REPEAT. |

Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed Lysol aerosols and disinfectant wipes labeled “Keep out of Reach of Children” stored accessible to children in multiple classrooms. Needs to be stored to avoid health hazards as directed on manufacturer label. |
