NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #11. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed aerosol disinfectant spray and air fresheners in reach of children in several classrooms. EHS advises school to store toxic materials in accordance to manufactures guidance that states "keep out of reach of children". *NOTE: Head Custodian, Ms. Katherine, was present during time of inspection, report emailed to her and Principal at the following: katherine.foster@cms.k12.nc.us. joyce.fullington@cms.k12.nc.us
