Observed a numerous amount of cleaned plastic containers with black specks that were stored on utensil shelving rack stacked up ; containers shall be stored In a clean, dry location where they are not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination . According to person-in-charge, a work order has been submitted due to dish machine leaving a black speck residue. EHS, suggested utilizing the present three compartment sink for wash, rinse and sanitize and allowing them to air drain dry to prevent potential residue on cleaned dishes. |
