CDI - sanitizer spray bottles were emptied and filled with quat sanitizer at 300ppm.
4-501.116 Warewashing Equipment, Determining Chemical Sanitizer Concentration (Pf) - Use test strips every time you make sanitizer to check that it is at the correct concentration.
