Toilet, handwashing, bathing, and laundry facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1610 (a). Repeat-Observed most toilet chairs/seats need better cleaning, including undersides. One toilet riser needs replacing, cracked/hole in seat. |

Provide linens in good repair. If they are used as cloths for cleaning they shouldn't be hanging on the client's towel rack in their bathroom. |
