7-102.11 Label working containers of toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers. - Pf - REPEAT - Observed one incorrectly labeled spray bottle of glass cleaner labeled as sanitizer and two unlabeled spray bottles of chemicals. PIC identified one as sanitizer and was unsure of the other one. - CDI - PIC voluntarily discarded unknown chemical and properly labeled sanitizer bottle. PIC also corrected label on glass cleaner. |
