General Comments

EHS advised label the open containers of milk and the invert clean dishes that are stored on drying racks. EHS observed WIC #2, the packing cooler, not operating today. The finished product goes in that WIC and they pack the delivery coolers in that room. It has a Freon leak. Facility has a very large WIC #1 that is able to handle the capacity.
