5-205.11 (B) A handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing -Pf- *Observed - Employee ring out sanitizer towel into handsink basin after removing it from sanitizer bucket. *CDI - PIC educated employee on mistake and proper use of a handsink. Employee then cleaned and wiped down handsink.
6-301.14 Post a handwash sign at each handsink. *Observed - No Handwash sign at hand sinks in restrooms. PIC stated they were taken down during remodel. *CDI - EHS provided new handwash signs to facility. |
