Food employees stated that these items were prepared on Saturday. Facility is rewrapping food items and not putting dates on the new wrapping. Spoke with PIC about putting in a place a new date marking system. CDI- Items were date marked.

Keep at least 6 inches above the floor. In walk in cooler observed containers of ketchup, raw chicken, raw beef, and feta cheese being stored on the floor. CDI- Items were removed from the floor and placed on shelves.

In prep coolers observed employees bottles of water, gatorade and candy being stored along with facilitys food. Educated the PIC to place items inside of containers to separate them.
