General Comments*NOTE: EHS observed housemade butter in WIC. Per PIC, butter is no longer sold but is kept here for personal use. EHS observed very little food in establishment. PIC stated most customers are currently in a fasting period for religious reasons so PIC has not been stocking up on food products and focusing more on the retail side of the business. EHS did not observe any food products packaged for sale. EHS observed prep table stored directly in front of prep sink so that the prep sink is blocked. PIC stated prep sink is not used. Table can be moved as needed for use of sink.
