Repair this area to be smooth & easily cleanable. There is a missing tile at can wash on right corner trim. Numerous wall areas, too many to list, have holes in FRP and need to be patched. Install missing drain covers of floor sinks, re-position ceiling tiles in several areas to be smooth/flush, new corner trim to the left of walk-in cooler was not installed to be smooth & easily cleanable -- readjust this, and new FRP cover on hole near safe is not flush with wall. 6-501.114 Unnessary items: Remove unused ice machine or repair this unit. Premises shall be free of unused equipment.
