General CommentsHot water was only at 115F during inspection. Pre-wash garbage disposal was being cleaned out by maintenance so hot water was being used to help clean that. If hot water issues continue to persist, establishment will have to install a hot water heater with a greater capacity. Dish machine at bar is not functioning and not in use. Establishment must continue to use dish machine or 3-compartment sink in kitchen to wash glassware.
