Quat sanitizer in 3 compartment sink was measured at 100 ppm. Maintain correct concentrations when sanitizing (50-100 ppm chlorine, 200-400 ppm quat). CDI - PIC added another quat sanitizer tablet to the 3 compartment sink and concentration was measured at 200 ppm. |
