-Observed ‘bites’ in customer self-service reach-in-cooler without quantity, facility address, and full list of ingredients. Observed smoothie packs in self-service freezer without full list of ingredients. Observed ingredients listed (such as almond butter and vegan protein) which does not show the complete ingredients for those items.
