No signature due to COVID. Inspection completed with Logan Krantz. Intent to suspend issued for no recordings of total alkalinity. Intent to suspend expires on December 3, 2021. Contact Eli Freese at 704.621.2298 with questions. Observed flow meter reading at 223 GPM. NOTE: observed both emergency phones with no audible ring when dialed. The Health Department recommends repairing/replacing these phones so they have audible rings when dialed.
