General Comments

Inspection conducted with Jake and CPO Chase Pernell. Spa converted into a cold plunge. Spa jet pump disabled. If re-enabled, ensure jets turn off within 15 minutes of activation. Plaster wearing thin around the main drains, maintain plaster in good condition. If re-plastering spa and replacing main drains, main drains expire on 12-11-2027. Provide updated PDSC form to our office.
