Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed toxic materials (Deet and Chemical cleaners) stored on shelving in restrooms sporadically throughout school building in reach of children. EHS advises school to store toxic material according to manufactures guidance that states, “keep out of reach of children” |
