EHS observed manufacturer instructions state concentration shall be maintained at 200ppm. CDI - PIC discarded sanitizer and produced new bucket at 200ppm. REPEAT. (0.5) |

4-101.11 (A) - (E ) Food contact surfaces shall be (A) Safe P, (B) Durable, Corrosion-Resistant, (C ) sufficient in weight and thickness to withstand repeated washing (D) Smooth and easily cleanable, and (E) Resistant to damage. EHS observed two large plastic containers where the plastic seal on the inside compartment is peeling and creating surfaces that are no longer smooth and easy to clean.
