3-304.14(B) Hold in-use wiping cloths in properly concentrated sanitizer between uses. EHS observed in use wiping cloths stored in sanitizer bucket at 100ppm. EHS observed manufacturer label stating sanitize must be maintained between 200ppm-400ppm to ensure proper sanitation. EHS observed sanitizer container hooked to dispenser low. CDI - PIC changed containers attached to dispenser, emptied sanitizer buckets, and re-filled with sanitizer observed at 200ppm. (0) |
