General CommentsOn-site visit for unconfirmed food borne illness complaint and quarterly inspection. Significant improvements since last inspection!! Cold holding, hot holding, TPHC, and cooling in compliance at today’s visit. PIC stated no sick staff as of recent. Keep up the good work.
