No demerits were issued for the following: 5. Observed bulk milk provided by parents in the refrigerator in room 2 (younger 1's) missing the date. Spoke with Director who stated that all milk is sent home at the end of the week. Kitchen refrigerator contained bulk milk dated with expiration date. Ensure bulk milk brought from home is dated with the date that it arrives at the facility. **Label all baby bottles, sippy-cups, and bottled beverages sent from home with the child's name and date it was brought into the facility. 15A NCAC 18A .2804 (d)
