Observed roast in reach in at 50 F. PIC stated roast had been cooked yesterday but was pulled out of the WIC and separated into smaller containers. CDI- PIC shortened stacks of cheese and moved extras to cool in reach in. Roast was placed on a sheet pan and put in WIC to cool. |
