2-103.11 (A)-(L)Person-In-Charge-Duties - PF- EHS has observed no available water on the unit while the PIC is preparing foods for several inspections. Without hot running water the unit no food handler is able to wash hands. Without proper handwashing the risk of food borne illness and cross contamination is increased. CDI- PIC was informed if the violation is noted again during a visit or inspection a RCP will be recommended for the unit to implement and permit action will occur. |

Hot water heater and pump was un plugged. PIC provided water during the inspection however there was no hot water. By the end of the inspection PIC provided hot running water.
