All food not sold by the end of 4 hours shall be discarded. -P/Pf- Observed PIC with cooked plantains marked for 4 hr TPHC however could not provide documentation of item being on TPHC. A VR will occur no later than 12/2/20 to ensure TPHC written procedures is provided. |
