All food not sold by the end of 4 hours shall be discarded. -P/Pf- Observed green salsa and red salsa both with a 4hr TPHC start and end time. However PIC was unable tot provide written documentation for the TPHC procedures. A VR will occur no later than 11/30/20 to ensure written TPHC forms are provided for the items. |
