3-501.18 Discard the food requiring date labels once time/temperature window has expired, if it is not been labeled, or if the label is incorrect. -P REPEAT. Observed tomato pesto with prep date 6/26 and hummus 5/26 with no thaw date. PIC could not recall when items were pulled from freezer. Also observed tuna salad with prep date 7/2, sliced ham 6/18, pimento cheese 6/18, sliced chicken 7/5, as well as pesto and pimento without date marking. CDI - All items voluntarily discarded.
No signature needed due to COVID-19 guidelines. |
